After months of beta testing Outlook.com, the company has opened its new Web mail service to the general public. In doing so, Microsoft is also making a mighty big decision to
sunset its Hotmail brand and "upgrade" those users to the new
Outlook.com service. Hotmail users can still use their Hotmail email
